Can’t make an in app purchase

every time I try to make an in app purchase, it just scrolls and gets stuck scrolling. Tried everything including on the phone with apple support and iTunes support for 2 hours. Finally they said it’s a developer problem. Please help!

    I can’t make in app purchases and I don’t have Restrictions on and iTunes said it was a web developer issue

    Hi @LDollar17 I had this before and the team never could get to the bottom of it. I ended up restoring my device and back it came. 
    Have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling? Make sure you reboot between and that your progress was synced before you do it.

    Thank you Chicken Slayer!!  One more question....I can’t get my phone to sync with iTunes because it says there’s not enough space on my computer to back my phone up🤦‍♀️  Is that going to be an issue?

    Sorry @LDollar17 just saw this! You could back it up to the cloud, but are you logged into Facebook? If so, it would re_add your progress once you log in again but you would lose boosters as they are saved on your phone either way. 
    I'm wondering if perhaps something to do with that is more the cause of the problems. Have you uninstalled anything you don't use to clear up space? Both on your phone and laptop, on your laptop, make sure you clear caches etc you can get some good free programmes for that like ccleaner.

    Are Android users allow to make purchases on Farm Saga. I'm unable to make a purchase and I'm an Android user.

    Can I ask if you are signed in via Facebook or the Kingdom? Are all your levels and gold correct?

    If so, could you try signing out and then back in again. Sometimes that helps clear the issue as you are signed in partly, but not. Especially if you keep the game signed in all the time and it has updated since 🙂
