Personally I feel this is a nice touch, however in reality I don't think I will use it.
When I asked chatbot Kingsley a question it didn't know the answer. I prefer to get a more direct approach for help if needed.
@LoFiGummy I voted but unfortunately it didn't help me at all and I believe that I was the only one to vote Not Helpful at All guess nobody agrees with me on this either.
I had asked if the previous Team Event the "Pick Axes" was going to ever return or if we were ever going to receive another in game Team Event were we can work together to complete an Event but the helper could not help me in any way actually she/he never responded back after I asked my question.....sad ☹
Ah you mean you couldn't find the chat bot or that it wasn't working? Sorry I couldn't really get that. 😥
Ah yes! There are several ways to get to it - As long as you get to the "Customer Care" button, and then chose any article - the "Chat with us" button should be in the very bottom.
Or did you mean that you couldn't open "Customer Care" at all with either ways?
Out of curiosity, do you remember what you asked Kingsley? It could be great for us to know so we can improve it!

I think it might be hard to ask the bot about plans for the game - as it's more there to be used to help with "issues" of the game, or give more information about something you'd like to learn more about.
That being said, I'm curious as to what you hoped the bot would've replied with to your topic!

I understand, Kingsley should be up to date now to include Farm related topics if you access it through the game. If you try it out it would be great to hear what type of issues you're having with it so we can improve it - but I'll also forward what you wrote here now.
@LoFiGummy The chat button didn't come up initially. I had to write my question and then find the suitable answer and I cannot remember which question I asked first, but the chat option didn't come up. So I reworded it and that's when it didn't tell me about the current issues.
It might be helpful if you're going to use AI if it was available on the first page maybe so it's easier to see?
