Sorry I had made a separate post because I didn't see this! But I'll add my information here too. I've also been having this issue for several weeks.
Devise: Galaxy Tab A8 (tablet)
OS version: Android 14
Farm Heroes version: 6.49.11 (latest version)

I have restarted my device numerous times, done "force stops" of the game and reopened, removed off my recent apps list and none of those help.
I do also play on mobile and desktop and there are NO ISSUES on those other devices. It is only happening on my tablet.
Im sorry i have been having this issue since july.i have sent screen shots the version im using and everything numerous times.im tired of having to do this.please just fix the issue.

I share geneva_reign's sentiment. This issue was brought up 3 months ago but there has been no status update whether this can be fixed or has been resolved. I have not participated in any contests, or played any events or levels since this happened and am still waiting for an answer. It is so disappointing and frustrating that there has been no response pertaining to this problem as of today.
I am also having the above issue intermittently.

It is now december and this is still an issue.i have been dealing with this since july.is it being looked into,fixed etc...? And no im not going to keep giving my phone version i fo and a screen shot.everytime i jave nothing ever gets done with it.
