No events for almost two months

I have not gotten a single event for almost two months, I am on level 5618, how are we supposed to gain more magic beans and booster, as from this stage on the levels are increasingly difficult, this well and truly is awful, I don't even get ads any more for extra lives or moves

Please note that special events like these are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often. As such, they need to thoroughly check these during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear during ongoing tests, as well as during scheduled maintenance checks.
However, events and features in our games can temporarily disappear when there is a connection issue during login. This can be a hiccup, a peak in the signal, or a momentary signal loss.
Normally, it comes back after you do one of the following:
01- Play one level
02- Close the app and restart your device
03- Check that you have a stable connection
Please note that these steps do not guarantee that the feature will return, and we are unable to add the feature back manually.

Hi there,
I am well aware that these events are not permanent features, however non appears at all, not even ads for additional moves, so why are no ads enabled at all. Also you stated this cannot be enables manually, which are find extremely hard to believe , as you guys are constantly updating and upgrading due to nos or users etc and as such you have numerous developers and programmers that can assist with resolving these issues. Saying you can not assist and we should just carry on is really not acceptable. Kindly assist with resolving our issues soonest

We here in the forum can help with technical issues of the game, but how the game is setup is done by the game studio. We're in regular contact with the game studio, and forward feedback such as yours to them so they can improve the game, but we're are not directly in charge of what events are available in the game.
Besides the points suggested by @Alex_The_Witch above, you can also do the following:
- Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
- Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
- Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
- Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Farm Heroes Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
This will increase the chances for you to see and receive events in your game, and if there are any problems in the game it should also remove them.

Please note that this is not a once of thing that only I am experiencing, this is happening to thousands of players of King games, and from the numerous posts that I have come across you the forum administrators know that all of the assistance you are rendering does nothing to help anyone of us, as still all of us are experiencing the same issues and none of what you are telling us to do works! So can some one please assist us and advising as to why we cannot get ads for moves and boosters etc and why the additional lives are not allocated when team members send lives etc! Note: complaints regarding the above are on various platforms eg reddit etc.

Hey again, I understand that not having ads must be frustrating in the game, especially if you're on an extra difficult level. Some features, including ads, are cycled between players and not everyone has them at the same time. In other words, while this is frustrating it's not strictly an error in the game.
Sometimes you'll have features that other players don't have as well, as the studio tests what balance works best while they add things to Farm.
As for lives not being sent, that does sound like a problem however - the best thing one can do here is to contact the in-game support to see if you can get help there. To do this, do the following:
- Go to the support section in settings.
- Go to any article and scroll down.
- Press the "Chat with us" button and explain the problem there.
I'm sorry I can't be of more help here, but I hope this at least helps you with the lives that you mentioned!
