    If you have made everything correctly and you can't sync your account, could you please try to contact Player Support and explain what happened:

    Try to open the game app and tap on the 3 lines 👇


    And then player Support and choose a Topic "my game progress"and after "contact us" and explain your problem, click on the green link ⬇️

    Já o fiz. Numa vez foi-me dito que não era possível sincronizar o progresso entre contas, porque as contas eram individuais e nunca iam ter o mesmo progresso. Numa outra vez foi-me dito que podiam mover o progresso manualmente mas que o mesmo não ia ser sincronizado futuramente

    Hey there! I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. I have checked the ticket you currently have pending with our player support team (ticket 15239003), and can confirm you were offered a Manual Transfer of Progress. However, I can also see that you have several On-Hold tickets for requests of account deletions regarding other accounts of yours. One of these is ticket 15238750, which is related to a Facebook account with the same email address of your Kingdom account. This means that currently, you own only one account with your email address, which is the Kingdom account.

    I advise informing the agent that's handling your current pending ticket (15239003) of this, because the Manual Transfer of Progress offer would only make sense if you still had the Facebook account linked to the game, which you don't anymore, because it has been deleted. Please try to create it again by following the steps the agent sent you, and if that doesn't work, then please follow my advice and let the agent know of what's going on with your accounts.

    Eu criei e exclui várias contas para ver se resolvia a situação da sincronização, mas não resolveu. De momento só tenho esta conta, e é esta que gostaria de sincronizar com o meu Facebook. Obrigada

    Quando saio da conta King e entro com o Facebook é este ID que aparece, e o jogo volta ao nível 1
