Keep saying I'm disconnected from the internet but I have internet and I can't purchase

Lately keep saying I'm disconnected from the internet but I have internet and I can't purchase or follow my friend in the game

Me too it always says connection error even if i have my connection i cant claim my rewards what can i do to fix it?

Hi @Jalal1081 I am so sorry for not seeing this over the weekend! We had a busy couple of days in the slayers household.
Glad to hear everything is sorted, it sounds like there could have been a connection problem and that's why the account lost a couple of levels. Can you get into the connection ok now? just to clarify

Hi guys I'm ok now I did delete the app and download it again I lost a couple level but I sync my account to King.com and I'm okay now

I log in the computer what do I see my level
1 4 7 8 but my phone I already passed it that one my level at the phone 1481 and you can see the picture down thank you

Yes my password is good I log in in the website king .com and it's work.
The second option through my phone didn't work thank you

Ok did you try disconnecting your king log in? Do you have access to a computer? Can you go to the king.com website and log in there and see if your password is working ok and your progress appears and let me know if that works or not please.
Also, go into settings on your phone, go to apps, then FHS then clear cache, then go back to settings, storage and clear cache and try logging in again into the game and see if that works

Thanks for following up with me I don't have Facebook I like changes from the website king after I change my password I lost the disconnect to the game

Hi @Jalal1081 did you change the password on King.com or on Facebook? It sounds like whichever you have changed, you need to re-enter the password within the game.
Can you hit the cog, and click connect, or if it says connected, click disconnect first, then connect again.

There was recently an issue with the version for Android - Google had an outage for some hours but it has since been fixed.
