How can I get lost time I purchased that I couldnt use because game locked on special offer screen?

I purchased two $12.99 packages within an hour on 6/18/2019 and when I finished one of my games with over 2 and a half hours left the game put up a special offer screen with a timer on it which locked the game and Iost all the time that I had cause I couldnt get back into game. I quit, force quit and reopened and it comes back to special offer screen and does not let me get to main menu.
