The reward you have received is the booster of “5 extra moves” and it will be added to your board when you start the level! And it is located below to the options where we choose our Companions....
👆👆 This is where you see that booster added. I am not sure whether you will have the choice of click on it to turn it on & off!!

Hi Pummy Raj, thank you for your response but as I had shown, the option to use the extra 5 moves is not given to me even though I was rewarded it. If I click on the +5, I will be prompted to pay for it, this is why I don’t understand why it is given as a reward when it’s unusable.1

The picture you have shared is from the Level game board. Hence I wasn’t sure and asking you to check at “Play” option.
What does it show on the screen where we select to “Play” the level? Is it the same as in my screenshot.... with + or did it add 3 there? Can you please show a screenshot of that window?

And yes! It clearly shows the reward was not added to your game. Since we have all the information to report, I can inform the Community In-charge to look into this and request to send you the reward.
