My king games will not connect to the internet. My internet is working fine but the games say that i have no internet connection. Ive tried updating the games but its still the same. Any suggestions?
I had to uninstall all of my king king gam3s then reinstall them. I lost a lot of progress when i did it. They are working now but i think there is some kind of glitch on candy crush with the group reward because it never shows that i have earned points for the teams im on. Only 2 players show points and mine stays at 0 even though i log in daily, pass levels or episodes, etc.

If the issue is still persisting, can you try the following on the Apple device:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected). - Delete Facebook App if you have it installed. - Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important). - Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
