In the Support area you can ask your question about any of the game issues.  You can also read what other players wrote and please feel free to add your comments to any of the messages.  If you are having difficulty with a level or you think that you might have found a glitch, you can check it out in this area.  Our Superstars are here to help you with your issues and if we don't have the answers we can also search or tag @QueenB, the community moderator.  Our Superstars are volunteers who love the community and enjoy helping players with their game issues.  You can recognize them by the stars on their profile pictures.

In the Support area there are two sections (FAQ and Videos).

In the FAQ section it is further broken down into two sub-sections (General Questions and How to play).

In the General Questions section are messages from King Management regarding progress, connecting issues, purchase issues, etc.   In the How to play section are messages written by King Management explaining how to collect flowers, spiders, etc., how to fight Rancid, and much more.  Also, in this section are Superstar Guides written by our Farm Heroes Superstar expert, @Chicken_Slayer.  If you are a visual person, then you might want to watch the video A Superstar Video Guide to Farm Heroes Saga which will go through all the basic for you.

In the Videos section, you can find some of the videos that @Chicken_Slayer created.  You can always tag her if you need help with a level that is now posted in this area.

In The Studio Area is asking for your feedback on various parts of the game.  The studio is really great and you might even see some Kingster Studio members responding.  Before leaving this section, I would like to ask you to please take a moment and offer your feedback on the episodes here.  I think this is a very important message for the studio so that they can determine any changes that need to be made.

Our final area is the Videos area.  This is the same link that is also available in the FAQ section. 

Separate from this general area, we also have the Superstar Information area where you can find out how to become a Superstar and you can also ask them anything.
