So that looks like the boosters are not available on this particular level as I can see the other ones are unlocked. How about the in-game boosters, are they all locked or just some? Any chance of a screenshot?
They are available I just can't see them as the screen has went too big but only when I play farm hero saga and candy crush the rest of the time my screen is fine which is a bit strange as it would normally stay like that all the time if it was a problem with my computer which it is not as i have checked it

Are you having issues loading your game on Facebook?
There are a few steps we can try which generally resolve all technical issues. First of all, I recommend that you try playing in another browser (E.g if you are using Internet Explorer for example, then try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera).
You can download them from the following links:

Note! If you're already playing in a supported browser we still recommend trying another browser.
I'd also recommend closing all extra tabs and other programs whilst you play as these can often negatively impact the game performance. Now make sure that you clear the cache regularly: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
If this does not help, try removing the game and install it back again. First of all, don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before.
In order to delete the game from Facebook please follow these steps:
Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the game app.
Now clear the cache for your computer: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.
Now search for the game on Facebook and start playing.
