    Thank you @Eggcracker, so @QueenB might that be worth passing on. Its the newer format and facebook that I have heard issues with everywhere.

    I'm almost out now, and with no hope of receiving any, it looks like we may have to pack this game in.

    Such a shame, I'm on level 2731, and just started receiving quests and team games  :(

    I'm very sorry @Eggcracker, there is not much we can do from our side and the studio has also informed us that they do not have any major drop that is affecting all players so this might be a Facebook issue. 

    All I can recommend is to play connected with your King account as you will get access to all players and not only your Facebook ones.

    Yes thank you for this information, although I think it's silly that Farm Heroes can't figure out how to make their game work properly on FB as I've never had these issues with Candy Crush.

    There is one thing we've just noticed, and don't know how we missed it tbh. When the requests for lives come up (which are sent but don't arrive) on our pages there is a question mark over our names. I've no idea what this means, as we are a married couple on FB we certainly haven't blocked each other.

    Please tell me all our problems are solved, and that we just have to ................ =);)

    Erm, how do I send a screenshot from a desktop pc? Just googled it, will try next time it comes up.
