I'm very sorry @Eggcracker, there is not much we can do from our side and the studio has also informed us that they do not have any major drop that is affecting all players so this might be a Facebook issue.
All I can recommend is to play connected with your King account as you will get access to all players and not only your Facebook ones.

There is one thing we've just noticed, and don't know how we missed it tbh. When the requests for lives come up (which are sent but don't arrive) on our pages there is a question mark over our names.
