I opened a new support ticket. Support again sent me info about logging into Facebook even though I specified that I was using the King account. If I can't have someone help me solve this soon I will have to uninstall it and leave an appropriate review on the Play Store.

I'm sorry to hear you have been having issues with connection but I need to ask, has resulted you in to losing your game progress and continue playing?
I can see you have been playing lately so I hope you haven't lost your progress. What I need to understand is if you're progres is fine, when do you get the connection error? When you open the game app for the first time?
