I've already done all of that and it didn't work. This has been going on for close to 3 months now. Since King hasn't been willing/able to help, I'm just going to quit the game. It's annoying to play a game where every update messes something up, or there's a new issue every week.

I´ve had the same problem. Whenever I get any reward/booster from an event or challenge, they never appear. So I'm perpetually stuck with just one booster.
