Since you have a Windows PC, I'd suggest using the standalone desktop version instead. It's more reliable than the browser version you're currently using through Facebook's website. You can download it from Microsoft's App Store. Good luck! 👍

Seems you have a newer Huawei device, which means it doesn't have Google Mobile Services, which explains why you can't connect to the store. Hello and welcome to the forum! 👋 Could you post a screenshot? You can't claim gold bars merely for passing levels. You get a gold bars reward for winning the Episode Race, for finishing a full Candy Royale run, as well as for completing the 3rd Chocolate Box.
