  • Have won rewards for the above but cannot get to them. The screen just keeps rolling back to where it started and there is no exit/return button which means I have to keep coming out of the game entirely. When I go in again, it simply returns to the same screen so cannot move on. Help please.

  • When trying to make a purchase while Playing Candy Crush Saga, I cannot connect to the Store. All rewards etc are working perfectly and can easily make purchases within other King games. Any ideas please as to what might be wrong? Thank you.
