10 new levels have been released ALMOST every other Thursday since Jan 2018(and maybe before that)

... the last release was Mar 7 2019
... recent history would suggest that 10 new levels will be released Mar 21 2019(Thursday)

... this may be more predictable on PCs ... there may be delays on phones and tablets
