Country show problems

I have been having problems that after a country show ends and shows me my total coin winnings it is NOT being added to my coins. This has occurred for the last 3 shows

We do our best to make sure that all features are accessible and functioning correctly, however, there are things beyond our technical reach which sometimes cause instances like this one so we have no fix to this issue and the studio will not be investigating this for the moment.

With rewards that haven’t been purchased, I’m afraid we don’t offer a replacement.  As confirmed in our Terms and Conditions, these aren’t transferrable, refundable or replaceable.
