Hello,

I was playing the above-mentioned level yesterday and was about to pass it with 6 moves left when it froze after creating a Banana Super-Cropsie. I could not do anything except get out of the game completely. I am really upset about it because I not only lost the level but a life as well. I tried playing the same level just a few minutes ago and it froze again while creating a Pear Super-Cropsie with 9 moves remaining. I had to exit the game totally costing me a life. Is anyone else experiencing this? This has never happened to me before. Screen shots are attached. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi @Just_Me-2 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am so sorry that you are experiencing this. Thank you so much for providing the screenshots. I will ask you kindly to take a look here to see the troubleshooting steps. Please take a note that the last resort is always reinstalling the game but if you do so you will lose all the booster you have collected.

I had to use one glove to complete the level because I did not want it freezing again while creating the Super-Cropsie. I am now on level 1674 and it is so far so good.

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)
