Stuck on level 3167

I've been stuck on level 3167 for the last week.. There seems to be a glitch that I thought would be fixed by a possible upgrade, but there hasn't been one since I've been stuck. I have a flower in an ice cube with no way to break the ice. There are no clouds that I can activate to break the ice cube. Unfortunately I can't move on until I break the ice that cannot be broken. Can anybody give me some advice7

Thank you so much for your help, it worked. I did not know you could use the glove booster to break the ice..
