We'll be happy to check this out with the studio if you could please provide your Game ID, please?

Open the game app, select Profile:

Double-tap on the King logo and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your User ID.

and ... those who are still having the game freeze ... here is one thing you might look for on the screen

there is a single open hand in the corner

the behavior is random

1. nothing bad happens
2. the image goes away after tapping several times ... the game resumes normally
3. the image goes away after tapping several times ... game continues with only the board showing
4. the worst case ... it freezes with an image that has a single hand

please report the product if possible ... the product may contain "unity" in the title

After watching the first two ads, the game froze again. Could not use the three moves I had already earned, nor could I earn the three extra moves by watching the last ad. I had to completely restart the game. This issue is getting old, please fix it. Thanks!
