Is anyone having problems with game locking up, mid-game? I’ve probably lost 4 lives in a week … have to reboot to fix!

I haven't heard of any general issue happening right now, but we'll be glad to investigate. First, can you please try out these steps? I'll also tag our Mod @Fluzzard to see if he have other tips for you 😊

Thanks for responding. Sorry, but I don’t know how to do a screenshot, but the problem just occurred again … not only do I lose my life, but I have to power off my iPad to break the connection. While in a game, the board just suddenly stops ‘filling in’ after making a move … the screen is frozen and doesn’t respond to attempts to move.

Honestly,I never heard of this problem before.

Please check if your game updated to the lastest version.If the problem still there,please read this article and follow the step.
