I can’t get the acorns to move up on Farm Hero’s Super Saga level 160 either.

I have rechecked the level and I did not find any glitch in it!!

Are the Acorns not moving at all from their places - either up or even sideways? Can you please provide few screenshots while you are playing the level -- say after every 3rd move?
