I have problems playing Farm Heroes Super Saga. I have reached level 3996 already but all of a sudden I have to start at level 1. I do not understand. 
I have de-installed and re-installed Farm Heroes Super Saga again, but the problem is not solved.
Could you please solve this so I can play at the last level again?

    I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game! I am also sorry that you have reinstalled your game because of this glitch😕

    Did you make sure that you are logged into the game with the account details you usually use? If so, did you try to play a level and win and see if the progress comes back?

    Did you send a complaint to the King Player Support team? If so, did you receive this below number as a reference ticket for you complaint?

    Dear friend, good evening and happy Saturday. Thanks a lot for getting back to me.

    I really miss playing Farm Heroes Super Saga a lot. Could you provide me with the email address of King Player Support Team. I thought by de-installing and re-installing this problem would be solved, but I have tried it several times. I am not sure if I log in to play the game. I just play multiple times a day, so you can imagine how I miss playing this game. I got to a high level already. I hope it will be solved soon. Looking forward to get an email of King Player Support Team on *

    For the Player Support team to email us, we have to contact them first.

    Please follow below steps to send your request to them from your Android deviceâŹ‡ïž

    • Open the game and click on the circled icon located in bottom left corner (it is "Yellowish" with 3 horizontal lines);
    • You will open the "Settings" window. Click on "Help Center" in there;
    • Go down to "My game progress" and click on it;
    • Click on the 2nd option — "I can't find my progress in the game
..";
    • Check if any of the steps & suggestions provided there help you. If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
    • You should see a form. Fill it up and submit it.
