Not receiving quest rewards - Reported to the Studio! (This is now Fixed)!

Hi everyone not been receiving quest rewards for some time, first it was the flowers that no matter how many I collected it still stayed on 0. Now I get the coin rewards but none of the others. Have tried everything, logging out of game and face book to no avail. Even tried logging in with king account but that sent Mr back to the very beginning lol. Have contacted support team by replying to the automated reply emai but haven't had a reply. I play on my Samsung iPhone and my galaxy tablet. The game updated yesterday I can now see profile pictures of other players but my picture is just a man's silhouette im on level 1665 so been playing a long time, but this is very frustrating, please help

I've spoken to Support and there seems to be an issue with this extra feature. The Studio is aware of this and is currently looking in to it so we do not have a timeframe for a fix.

If you keep an eye on this thread, I'll let you know as soon as I know more!

It's not as easy as you might think but we understand this is not ideal 😕

I know the studio is working on this and want to say a fix will be out soon however I don't want to get your hopes up yet so keep an eye on the game and here as I will let you know when I have the official confirmation.

I am in the same boat. Have reported it twice but not getting anywhere. User ID 10932104488. Currently missing several in game quest rewards and not collecting anymore as frightened of loosing more baskets

Haven't been getting any quest rewards or rewards from watching adverts. Tried to get my user ID and there's nothing there. Could y'all please fix this sometime this century?

I cant collect prizes won by completing the quests. The claim button shows itself but when pressed just disappears.
Also my wife plays the game on her tablet, receives endless ads which give her free lives and prizes, I dont get any ads! Its like the two of us are playing separate games!
When will we all get access to ads videos and the goodies for watching them?

I have won hundreds of coins in country show, and none of have been rewarded. Why wont the developers fix this issue?!?! The game has become increasingly irritating.

It is a huge problem and I'm just about fed up I have been told for 2 weeks just go to the community for help there is no help here I completed quest and did not receive awards unfair farm hero's completley unfair

Hello! While I play my game and I win prizes and gifts I don’t receive them. Also why can’t I watch videos to receive gifts and lives? Please try and solve that because it’s kinda irritating.

This is so unacceptable that it is taking this long to correct these issues. Does no one care to even respond to all these complaints? Evidently not since all these reports of the same issues have fallen on deaf ears. At the very least, act like you are trying to correct them.

I like that the response that I got from King was to join the community and if I don't find the answer that I can post a question and someone will be along in no time to help me out. That's funny since I've already joined and have asked my question. Then at the top it says to reply above this line, and of course I couldn't reply. To top it off I lost another quest reward tonight. I don't think I've ever had these types of problems with a game before. King use to be great but these bugs have gone on way too long. After many years of playing Farm Heroes Saga and then Super Saga, I think I'm just going to uninstall these 2 games and say goodbye.

I don't know which quests I've completed that I failed to get rewarded for, except for the one called "Ice, Ice Baby". I completed that one either late last week or early this week but failed to receive the reward.
