Lost all progress in Pet Rescue Saga

I was up in the high 800s (above 883) when all of a sudden all progress was lost and I was back at the start.  I play on a Samsung Galaxy 4 Tablet and never connected to facebook.  Is there any way to restore my progress?

    Have you ever connected to the Kingdom in the game? Its the 3 gold crowns logo, so you put in your email address etc. If you did this, then you can click on this logo again, enter your details and it should restore your progress. If you didn't do this, have you backed up your phone to your PC recently? You can try a restore from here, it might work.

    I have an iphone and i got to level 1652 and when my friend set up a facebook account for me incase I changed my phone the level was lost how can I get it back

    I've lost all my lives on pet rescue, how do I get them back?

    I moved from a Samsung 9 to samsumg 10 plus. The technician helped me transfer everything across to my new phone, but I lost all my achieved levels on Pet rescue saga. It is starting at 1 again. How do I get them back?

    Please advise as to how I can restore the levels to what I was on before.  I had a username and password before that I created years ago. But when I type that password now it says its too easy. Yet if I change password it says someone else is using my email address.

    Please help

    Hi @FionaW, was your game connected to facebook or just the username and password on King?

    If you also played via facebook you could re-connect that way.

    I have lost all progress in pet rescue after clicking link from king.com. so how can i get back all my progress ? I m not going to start again from level 1. If i cant get back all my progress then better uninstall this game.
