Cant log out of my king in bubblewitch3

I want to log out of my king account in the game bubble witch3 but it wont let me comes up with no intetnet connection. I want to log out to log in with my fb as it has all my up to date levels. Someone tell me how i can fix this iv tried with both data and wifi turned on.

bubble witch3 is the main game i want to know for but it is doing the same thing for all my king games and accounts

Hi Missy, I hope you're well.

The Tech team is asking if you could delete the App again, then restart your phone and re-install and film what happens the first time you reopen the App please. That would be extremely helpful as at the moment, we're not able to figure out what the reason is.

Good evening Missy Pokipoki,

Have you tried clicking on the cog in the bottom left corner? Click on your log in icon and it should give you the option to log out. 

if not, if you don't have any saved boosters you could try removing the app, rebooting your phone and reinstalling it, then it will give you the option

Yes i have and it says no internet connection everytime

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

make sure your connection is good, maybe try a different network if you can, just to test it on

Yes tried this and its lost my levels but still says no connection iv tried multiple different internet connections and it still says this and wont let me log out of king and into my fb so iv now lost over 200 levels trying. At the point now of deleting all king games for good

Hey Missy, Sorry for the delay! 

I would suggest the same as Chicken Slayer, delete the App and re-install, but if that did not work I'm not sure what could be the issue - Could you please send me a screenshot of the error as well as the phone and operating system version you're using? Are you having issue with the connection with any other Apps?

I have uninstalled and. Reinstalled a good 10 times now and it still wont log me out of king account comes up with error ko internet connection iv lost over 200 levels doing thing and want to log into my fb to get the levels back how do i send screen shots

Hi Missy, to be able to send a screenshot, please access King Care via desktop - Then you'll have the option to attach your screenshot. I know it's not ideal, but this is the option we have. 

Have you tried to delete FB from your phone as well and check the game again?

Well does completey restoring my phone back to factory sum it up iv completely deleted everything to try get it to work and nothing soon as i down load the game again it automatically logs back into king account and when i try log out it comes up no internet connection found. Just going to delete all king games and accounts as im over this its been non stop problems and wasted money now.
