This issue i being looked into, but I would recommend to send an email to our Player Support for more info and updates on the issue. You can email them here or directly from the game by going to the Start Menu > Settings > Cogwheel > Help > Choose topic and you'll find the 'Contact us' in the bottom.

I am Using an iPhone, not android. My game is not connecting to the Internet and I have uninstalled it twice and restarted my phone and still no luck. Because I deleted it and restarted and it wasn’t connected to the Internet I’m starting back over from the beginning. I can play the game but it will not do anything that requires connection to the Internet.

This "app has stopped" message comes from an error in Google Play Store and/ or the device and not with the game itself.

You need to contact Google Play Support directly or check any Android device support pages here to get the issue sorted out.

Try with force closing the app and restart the device and if that doesn't help, reinstall the app and see if it starts connecting again.

Could you tell me at which point it is not connecting to the internet? What are you trying to do at the time?

And do you mean extra moves if you lose a life?
