I’m on iPhone and when I click on the game it just kicks me off it’s been like it since Friday I’ve done the update on my game I don’t want to delete it otherwise I’ll lose where I am I’m on a really high level and don’t want to start from scratch

If no trouble shooting help, please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
