Hi all,

Am playing Pet Rescue on an Iphone XR. i have just unlocked the latest level 3613. Unfortunately it appears on the screen at the very top left and is obscured by the leader board. I have tried to rotate the screen, enlarge it and i have tried moving it, to no avail. I just cannot tap the button so that i can play the level. Has anybody got any suggestions? Thanks

I have an iPhone XR also and the same thing happened to me. I updated the game in the App Store and it solved it.

Could you post a screen shot of the game map so I can see the issue and pass this on to the Game Team?

@Crazy Cat Lad I was answering the OP’s question. can’t post a screen shot because I fixed the problem. As the OP mentioned the issue was the next level would unlock but then the roadblock would remain on the screen and you couldn’t play the next level/episode. As soon as I updated the game in App Store it was all good.
