Pet Resume isn't working on Facebook

Pet rescue isn't working on Facebook. The help a player out font keeps popping up, the Friday game isn't working. If I pass ten levels and exit out and come back to play it starts me from the beginning and that's been like that for months. Also, I know longer see the team font. So i don't see my team anymore. This has been going on for over a week now, and I have submitted a report on Facebook but no one has responded.

Have you tried with the troubleshooting on the page? Clearing cache and cookies, trying different browsers?

Meanwhile, please play on another browser. so try any other of the supported browsers Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Edge.

If you're playing on a Windows PC, you can also download the game as an app from Microsoft Store here and play via the Windows app instead.

Please also note that Microsoft no longer supports their old systems Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7. Therefore we recommend to play on Windows 10 to guarantee that the game works.

Games/ Pet Rescue I can not play on this level it said no internet .but on the same games I can help friend ,And I can play games before level .all but the one I am on and can play other games king .com .just getting fed and will leave this king .com .SOON

Thank you for your response. Yes, this issue has been going on for a couple of weeks on my end. Their excuse is that they are created new exciting things on Pet Rescue. That shouldn't have anything to do with the public playing the game. I have had countless issues with Pet Rescue. I reach out to them and they don't even know. I am also getting fed up with King.com and will leave soon as well.
