Hi. Pet Rescue seems to be stuck even after doing an update today. The "Critter Carnival" still pops up. There was no usual "Mystery Mountain" this past weekend, and every time I try to buy gold bars from my piggy bank or power ups from the shop, I get a communication error. This happens on wifi at home, work, and anywhere else I've tried. It also won't let you buy cherry bombs or buy extra moves at the end of a game to continue. I've powered off my phone and quit the app several times. I don't want to re-install it because I'm worried I'll lose my progress. I can send screenshots if you need them. Any updates would be appreciated, it's really the only game I play on my phone. Thanks.

I haven't been able to play Pet Rescue for several months now no matter what I try

Holy cow. My issues only started a week ago. Couldn't find anywhere else to request tech support so I'm hoping someone sees this.

As I said in my first line, I did the latest update yesterday and the problem continues.
Do you have info on how to contact tech support directly? All I could find on any King pages were lists of FAQs that are for outdated issues.

Same problem here.
I updated the game a week ago and now have the same problems as poster above. Yes my operating system, game app, and Facebook are all up to date. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
