Gold bars/New levels/Petopia

I never received my gold bars back from when it charged me 20 gold bars just to play another round of Critter Carnival... I'm super frustrated with that! And I don't know if anyone else is having an issue, but I also saw a notification for now levels, but I have not seen new levels in about a month, which leads me to my last issue, I don't know if it has something to do with no new levels, but I don't have Petopia now either. Never really had a problem with this game, and I've been playing for YEARS!! If anyone else is having an issue, please let me know, cause for some reason I can't email Amy customer service either😡

If you still aren't having any luck, please write again and let me know what device you are playing on, plus where your game is connected (via facebook, or King)?
