Transferring the game to a new device

I am about to transfer the content of the old device to a new one. I've got over 2,2 million points and between 250-500 of each booster, plus some 184 gold bars (lives) so, as I understand it, I will lose ALL of these when the game is transferred to the new device because they are locally stored. I am at level 5082 and there is no way I can use all or even most of these points and boosters. Am I correct in my understanding that I will be starting with zero everything, except the level attained?

Yes you are right, Unfortunately Points and Boosters cannot be transferred between devices just saved Levels and Gold Bars.
However, Please check HERE.
If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
