This happened to me with the Spring/Easter Petopia event as well. I ended up starting that event 3 or 4 days after the event already started, with your help. I'm hoping that you can help me again.

@Peanut7139 @Remifavorite Make sure that both the iOS or Android are updated to the latest version. Then also make sure the app is up to date.
If the event still do not show up, please let me know your Game ID and I will check if the Game Team can restart the event in your game.

Crazy I've updated to date. I've checked for any updates as of to date and there aren't any right now as of 6/28 9:27 am EST. My phone is up to date as I just checked to see if any update to get so I can play. You know that I've played all the Petopia with a good time but for some reason now that the game has been updating, I've been out of the Grow A Pet. Remember Crazy Cat that I had all these events until updates and now they no longer coming to my phone. Once there and now no longer. I always update and check for updates everyday and at the end of the week on Fridays. Right now no updates. No longer get Grow a Pet and now no longer get Petopia. I would ask what has changed with the updates to take these events out of our phones? I've even restarted my phone to see if the events or anything has changed. I wish tech would go backwards so that we, not just me can play in these events. I see I'm not the only one not seeing the game. We can go back and see where I've played in the Petopia and The Grow A Pet. All of a sudden from the updates, someone has made such a change that the events are not showing up in our phones. It's Crazy, Crazy Cat Lad that The Grow A Pet will sit in my Event Folder and say complete even though it just got there and I have not played it. I said that to Lynette and in the Community. Something has changed with the updates that has made the game events inaccessible. Lynette called it a glitch in the system. I don't think she is wrong Crazy Cat because how do I go from playing to not at all anymore and my phone is the same phone I've had for years. I was playing all the events and now I can no longer play.
