Hi! I LOVE Spring petopia but for some reason mine is a bit mixed up on my 2 devices I play from. On my tablet I have the garden that I collect from (and the Spring Market.) But not on my laptop.

I took a long break from Pet Rescue and have never played Petopia. When I go to the game on my Kindle Fire this is what happens and when I click on build it exits me out of the game.

@Julie_Andrews Petopia is not working properly in the computer version of the game, it does not save the things specific to the Spring game π
@Pitty_Kitty let me know if the Win 10 version is broken also? It may seem ok, until you leave the game and come back to find it has not been saved!

I can't do anything in the game. This is the only option it gives me. What is unknown.string.id?

Personally, I don't see anything weird happen after restarting my apps multiple times?
Everything gets synced and saved correctly, either I play and build on Android app or play and build in Windows app, separatedly. I played a new level on both apps
sometimes black and blue lines appear around the city limits in Windows but they're harmless

I assume your app is up to date (or you'd not be getting Petopia) so may be check your device.
I don't actually know anything about Kindle Fire, but is there anything on it that may need updating?
I do know that with older devices will not cope with this event and that other players using Kindle Fire have had issues with events also π
Are you able to play on a different device?

Thanks @Pitty_Kitty - I don't see your Spring Market? is it just out of the screenshot?
(One of the computer game problems was that the market turned into a house!)

Hi @Lynette , few interesting things about this spring petopia:
Part4 quest the first one Pet picnic require feed them 10 donuts, but there are no donuts this time, and i completed without doing anything.
Spring market open on sunday, but base on the time duration it will be on thursday.
Dropping a pet to water you will find the pet is skating and chasing a buoy. interesting!
