Shouldn't there be a reward when you collect the flowers, strawberries etc.? The last few times I collected them, there was no reward (pawints or similar).

I think you need to check again
I did uninstall and reinstall and logged in with my King email, played and won my next level it then tried to load petopia and I am now back to it not loading
I cannot be bothered with it any longer so will wait until petopia finishes
Yeah I am not sure how using FB works as a log in, but its petopia more than that anyway as you don't play on FB.
I don't blame you not wanting to reinstall as yes, the boosters. And if its only when Petopia is live then it seems pointless to try. I would advise anyway removing any other apps, or files etc that you don't use anyway simply because it frees space up.
I'm not using via Facebook although I do login with my Facebook password I'm assuming there is a difference. I install the game using play store. My other device is now refusing to load so I shall not delete the game on that as I have quite a few boosters I would lose
Hiya, I am really sorry that you are having issues. Unfortunately if you have an older device or don't have 2GB free of memory, its not going to work smoothly. It is almost done, so hopefully the game will go back to normal soon!
Hi @crazychris the fact it loaded is more than likely because of no petopia. It seems to be very heavy on memory use and unless its a super fast or new device, its going to have issues. It is hard to get the balance right on all devices as there are thousands and thousands of android devices alone. On top of that new device owners expect a game that has all singing and dancing graphics, so they have a very hard job to do😥
As the event isn't available to everyone and is only a % of players, that could be why You can still play the game on Facebook but it won't have petopia (if using a computer) as that version had even more glitches. From what I have seen over my years as a gamer on there, (and this is my personal opinion as a user of the site and in no way a king opinion) They tolerate games on Facebook as it brings users in as many wouldn't be there for that. But each update they push us just a little bit further out. I heard on one non king game that they won't even allow new games to use it to log in, but I don't know how true that is. I need to investigate. But when you have a third party platform it makes things harder for king to fix.
That wouldn't affect the device version though unless its connection caused, but that would only stop you logging in and not opening the game. So clearly Petopia. Its something they need to take onboard for future versions.
All I can advise is the same again, clear anything you don't need, clear play store cache and system cache and I will feed your thoughts back to the community manager. We do apologise for the frustration 🤗
Try logging in using your King account although you probably will not get Petopia but at least you will be able to play your levels
I have been trying a few experiments
I uninstall the game and re-installed and logged in with my King account. It loaded immediately as usual and I was at my proper level. The only thing wrong was no Petopia event.
I uninstalled again and after re-installing I logged in using my Facebook account and again the game refused to load
I know King stopped the use of the games via Facebook but as the option to login by Facebook was there I used it
I am happy to enter the game using my King login but I want to finish playing Petopia so I would be interested in your thoughts

Yes very very frustrating. I cannot even get to load on my one tablet.

Yes it has happened for the last 2 occasions that the petopia event was on. I will leave the game on my tablet until after the event has finished and then see if the game will load
No don't do that 😥 Its not the only cause, as a lot of players are having the same issue. Its just one of the causes and comes down to more factors than just memory. Clearly if the one with less on is working better, If you don't want to take petopia off, just hold off on that device until it ends and see if it gets better.
Has it been this way with oher petopias?
I will also mention it again to the CM in charge.
Hi @crazychris - if the game has worked previously then it would probably help to just remove Petopia.
It finishes in a week anyway, so you'd not be missing too much.
The tab with 1.1 gb free memory is the one that works so there should be no reason why the other device will not work with 1.6gb
The game also works on both devices at all other times.
Not to worry thank you for your advice I will just uninstall the game and look for something else
@crazychris as I suspected it's a large part of why you have issues. Can you free up any more space on the devices? Remove any unused apps, photos, documents anything you don't use that will take up space and see if that helps. Also clear system cache to remove old deleted files.

As the title says, no glitchy levels this week. Tuesday 12/30/25. Some levels made me mad enough to use boosters more than I should have but they were all beatable. Levels 9478-9492
