My game crashed and I had to reinstall. When I did....All THE MONEY I'VE SPENT ON BOOSTERS ARE GONE!! How can I get them back...I had a lot saved up!! What can I do?? Everything but my level is gone...I had 22 hours of play.. it's GONE!! NOT Happy! I'm fed up...not only that but before, I was not able to play petopia..when they "Fixed" the game I no longer received a chest.

@lisamo as we have explained before that not everyone gets the chests. Only a certain % at this time.
However any boosters that you have bought can be returned, you just need to contact support from within the game. Have a look at this link here which will show you how to find it. π€
