Hiya, sorry for not getting back to you earlier, I didn't get a notification you had replied.
You've checked the update store by finding the game itself in the store? Not relied on it doing it automatically?
Unfortunately its likely the only way this will be fixed is by reinstalling. I know that's annoying, I have had to do that today with another game. But if you cannot connect, it isn't updating or saving progress on that one ☹
