I'm so sorry to hear this. This is definitely not the game experience we strive to deliver. Even though it's impossible to remove the event, I'll make sure the frustrations of our players are addressed. The Studio is actively working on fixing crashes. In the meantime, please bear with us 🙏

Having a problem. When I fill my heart meter, instead of getting the prize I get thrown out of the game and have to go back in. No getting my bonuses. Can this be fixed

I love love love my petopia events!!!!! It’s so exciting when it just shows up unexpectedly. I definitely take advantage of all the goodies and moving through the levels quickly. Does anybody know where I place my little pet when it has the little chocolate candy above it? I would assume I take the pet to the chocolate candy making area. But I don’t get a heart after doing so. What am I missing? Any help would be great.

You place the pet by one of the candy pots, not the machine. You may not always get a heart, sometimes you get coins.

It would be nice if that was accurate information, but the game I am playing disagrees with your claim. Isn't there a way to remove the promotion from my game? The constant crashes, screen going black, nonstop nonsense sucks the fun right out of it. Or do I just have to wait a month before I can play it again?
