This is my map so far.my game keeps crushing. I have emailed customer service. I haven't heard back yet. Because, of that. I can't keep playing constantly. I think it's because of the Petopia event. Bur, I'm not sure. I have noticed that, every time the event is on my game keep 's crushing. I wonder if, other players are ha

My second account, a few days ago, I cannot access it. It keeps loading. An orange screen is then asked to send a report, wait, or close. I give it a wait, but it is of no use.
It always happens when I get an event in the game that it freezes at a certain level or things disappear
I filed complaints, but unfortunately to no avail
Even a daily reward that I cannot obtain will remain this way 😏😞
