Crashing Windows 10
I am having a problem with pet Rescue Saga Crashing upon opening the app. I have applied updates to the Microsoft store and its app update library. I also applied windows with an update of its operating system Windows 10. I am still unable to get pet rescue saga to open up nor Candy Crush.

Hi and welcome to the pet area.
It just crashes, it doesn't give you any error message?
Did it have an issue before you updated you windows 10 software?
Have you tried uninstalling the apps and reinstalling them? As long as you were logged in before to save progress, your progress will come back when you log in again.
You may lose boosters that's the only thing. Mine came back when I reinstalled (they don't on devices usually) but I don't know if thats typical or just lucky that time.

I would also advise leaving a comment in the candy area so that the candy mods can pick it up if need be.

Today the app pet rescue saga started working after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I am not sure what the problem was but today the app is back working. Thank you for a quick reply 😀

You are very welcome @corn501 I have found with issues on the w10 app that often they are only resolved after a reinstall. Which can be a pain if you lose the boosters. However if you cannot get in at all, the boosters are not going to help you anyway 🤷🏻♀️ Happy playing!! You know where we are if you need any other help 🤗
