Under Investigation: I cannot pass levels 7482 and 7525!

@michellefarmer hi, below is some help for Level 7525.
We have had levels like this before, where there is something specific that triggers the pets falling.
In level 7525 removing virus blocks (the green multiplying ones!) makes the Pets fall.
Each time the board is completely free of viruses another Pet will drop…with another virus!
Remove the viruses again to drop another Pet until you have all six!

The official answer would no doubt be yes. My own personal opinion as a player, I think all games rely on software to some degree for testing otherwise I think they would pick these things up earlier. Its not just in pet, its every game I play and not just King. I cannot see how they would have the time otherwise. I could be wrong. But I promise it is a priority, but the fix was not straight forward and caused other issues so I suspect they are having to go back and unpick what they did to see where it went wrong.

Personally, I would advise to give it a break until its fixed..have you got another game you can play in the meantime? We don't want you too frustrated and its not the experiance King want you to have 😒

I tried it. I was able to get one animal to drop. I watched the video wished mine would do that. Thanks

I've answerd you here:Make sure that you continue to remove ALL virus blocks. Pets will only fall if there are no green blocks on your board.

3 weeks on 7482 can't pass.

This still does not work. I tried it 5 times this morning by clearing the green ones and never more than 2 pets fell. There is another problem somewhere.

This does not work even removing all the viruses. I have never had more than 2 pets to fall. I’ve even used balloons to remove the green viruses and nothing fell. I’m wasting my earned rewards for nothing.
