I have two phones and the game is not loading up on either of them. The banner comes up showing that his Pet Rescue and then it goes to the, and it just continues to load from there. Nothing else happens. I have the latest iOS update and I restarted both phones and I still have the same issue. The only thing I did not do was uninstall and reinstall the app, and that is because I do not want to lose any of the tools that I have saved

I deleted and re- and my password 15 times. I’m on iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad fourth generation. All I get is Halloween moaning and I’m really aggravated you think you might fix this. This has been going on since October 29.

Hi, there, Snow_Rider, iPad Mini, 6th generation, iOS 18.1. Starting about a week ago I had so many pets and buildings that the game was taking up to a half hour to load. About 4 days ago it got stuck loading and won't load since then. I hoped that the end of the Halloween special Petopia would free it up again but no, it's still stuck. I don't want to delete and reinstall the game because I have a lot of gold and tools that I would lose. Help!

I've been sitting here with the orange King screen and a frozen "loading" circle for about 45 minutes now. Still not working for me!

Hallelujah! After roughly an hour and a half, the game finally loaded. Petopia is over, and the game is back to loading normally. However, all the coins and other rewards that should have been accumulating have been lost. Boo!

I am having the same problem started with the petopia game haven't been able to play since then

the loading issue started not long after Petatopia event started. The only platform it seems to work on is facebook (we don't seem to get that event on this platform). I also have it installed on my laptop running Windows 11, iphone 15 and ipad 9th generation and on all these three platforms the game will not load and the app version is the latest version.

A moderator told us petopia would end on 5 November and the game would restart for us. This hasn’t happened, it’s still not working, so what happens now?
