The + button for changing levels was not working on some devices 😔
When the 1,2,3, Grow event is over the map will be back.

Hi Lynette thanks. But, I'm consertraing on the issue that happened in my challenge yesterday. I want to sort that out first. It's about graw a pet challenge. It just suddenly disappointed before the challenge finished. I've emailed the help center. They are looking into it.this happened in the last graw a pet challenge as well. If you remember. I sent you screenshot 's . But this time I can't send them because, it hasn't come. I'm not trying to cheat and get extra rewards. I hope you understand that, it's a genuine issue. It's just been happening in the last 2 grow a pet event. I've never had issues with it all other time 's it's been on .I hope you can sort it out. BTW I didn't even get all rewards from the chest. But, I'm really no tbothered about that. My concern is my gold bar's it took 3 days of continuous playing to get them.😪😢😭

Hi @zainab786 - I know what your problem is, many other players who log in via facebook also have had it happen again this past week. The connection and saving of Pet Rescue is very intemittent via facebook, so sometimes the game data is not up to date.
When the connection is better your game gives you the event that was supposed to happen a few days ago (when connection was bad), which is why it seems to end suddenly (on the day it is supposed to)
I'm not sure how much the help center know about this but they should be able to give any missing rewards.
To avoid it happening again it is better to log and save your game via King/the email option.

Hi again Lynette. Thanks for replying my querry. I don't have Facebook. I play with king s account. My internet is the nest ONE out there. Its vary fast. I don't have any issues with it. I do hope they can sort it out. Because, I love graw a pet challenge. 😊🤗

That is interesting to know, the only other people telling me of the same problem were in my facebook groups. I hope the help centre find your problem!
