Halloween Petopia problems

Hello Rescuers,
I know a lot of us are having Pet Rescue Saga/Petopia problems at the moment 😿
The game can be slow, hang (black screen) or not load at all!
This is only my personal opinion, but I think it is because there is just so much happening within the bonus game.
Below is a video example from my game, it took me almost 15 minutes before I played a level!
A lot of patience is required, I have to remember to wait (and not click continually on something I want to work 'now' lol) and a lot of time is spent waiting for the town map icon to reappear 😿
When all else fails, like a black screen, I've found playing a level (or the daily challenge or Mystery Mountain) will help bring Petopia back (it's quicker than re-loading the game)
King are aware we're having trouble with the game and I'm hoping Monday's game update will fix things.

I can't get out of a level....like normally I push the back key, but it's not allowing me, then I can't seem to receive my gold bronze silver pets....is there a issue now? I'm stressed out so badly....please PLEASE can you help? Ir uf know if system is weird. Was working before, then stopped 330am eastern time....
