It depends on the color of the ❤️
If they are little red ones the Pet is just happy and does not need anything.
If they are blue it is a point for you to collect.
@Oliver83w you can remove/move/edit the buildings if you've made your town too crowded.
I get rid of some of the extra large buildings (I had so many bars! lol) and make more space to see and grab the Pets.
