@Lynette .thanks for letting me know. How do I reverse it? The reason I did that, is someone from the community kept emailing me .And, when I asked the person where they got my email from. They said it was from my profile. That's why I did that. I asked someone on the Community and, they advised me to do that.so,I don't have the same problem.

Here is my screenshot
I have two devices and sometimes I log out of one account to log into another account
But it is clear that since my second account is still working and my first account is frozen, and this is not the first time, the same thing has happened, so the problem is in the account and not the device.
I hope that my second account will be fine. The first, no matter how long it takes, will still have an orange screen
If you can log in for a second or a minute, then it logs out or the screen freezes
That is, I will not be able to play or collect any rewards for 27 days until the event ends

I can't check it for you as you profile is private so no one can see it ☹️
(edited to ask, why do you want/need badges if no one can even see them?)

My second account, a few days ago, I cannot access it. It keeps loading. An orange screen is then asked to send a report, wait, or close. I give it a wait, but it is of no use.
It always happens when I get an event in the game that it freezes at a certain level or things disappear
I filed complaints, but unfortunately to no avail
Even a daily reward that I cannot obtain will remain this way 😏😞
