I thought that the problem is in the account but it appeared to me that in the events of the game and the mobile devices

@Amoonmoon .you're right. It's when events are on the game freezes. I have the same problem. I did email customer service. But, same as you no avail. They told me to ask on the Community.
@teeweiping .thanks for the advice. I will change it. So, if , I change it. Will my personal info be public? Including my email?
Hi @zainab786 please go to your account and privacy settings, tick the box for: display my profile publicly and untick the box for: display my email publicly just like shown in my screenshot below.
@Amoonmoon .I'm with you. I hear you. My game keeps freezing too. And it is to do with the event. I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed it. You take so much to build your game. And all of a sudden poof it's gone because, of the problem in the event. I hope they fix this issue. It makes it difficult to continue with the game. Hope other players feel the same too.

Unfortunately, my second account was also frozen. If I was wrong when I said the account, then the problem is that there is a glitch between the event and the cellular devices.
Why are they holding an event like this with so many problems? It is not the first time that events are not compatible with cellular devices
