Good evening. At this time it is not available to all players. It might be that you have switched groups and that is why its vanished. Or it could just be that they have run into some problems with it. Or it could even be because they are concentrating on the newer levels and getting ready for petopia!
I will ask our community manager but they don't work weekends so we won't get a quick response.

Put Mystery Mountain back on or I will not spend not one more dime with King.

with respect @Gayle_Bromley and this is my personal opinion as I am not paid by King, I understand that having an event that isn't part of the main game, missing is annoying. But it is a FREE event where you get free boosters that they don't have to run. If its missing for so many, there is likely a reason.

I agree I will not keep pet rescue saga if mystery mountain is not fixed asap . Nor will I spend another dime playing pet rescue… please fix the mystery mountain there’s an entire community that’s upset about this not being available.. we look forward to it every Friday

Where is mystery mountain? It disappeared the same time Petopia started. I dont care for petopia! Bring back mystery mountain! I’m sure Weather alert is gone also!

With all due respect, strongly worded emails for a free event that might be just glitching...isn't going to get it fixed faster than it would be.
It might possibly be because Petopia has been released too early. Whether intentional or not, we don't know yet.

Sorry, not everyone gets Petopia which is worse if you don't want it, but unfortunately they cannot remove it at this point. It wasn't due to be released until next week so we are not sure whats happened!
